You can search for a list of eligible schools at: http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/FOTWWebApp/FSLoo… It doesn't matter which school year you choose. Choose Search, not verify. In the list of state names, choose, foreign country. I listed London for city and left the school name blank and got 43 schools in my search.
