What are some major issues in either biology or education on which I can give a proposal?

I am the biology/education major. We have to benefaction proposals upon the resolution to the complaint in the margin of investigate for my technical essay class. What is an emanate in biology, education, or both that we can residence with my proposal? Something with excellent census data we can graph would be fantastic.

Ethics in research ( rights of lab animals, stem cell research, cloning, genetically engineered food,etc.
** Are there sufficient incentives to young students that are interested in science careers?
Suficient funding for cutting-edge and practical research?
Are pharmaceutical companies hindering and/or covering vital information that could help humanity so that their economic state doesn’t suffer?
God vs. science, are they really mutually exclusive?
